There goes the neighborhood (Apr 26 2005 23:55 GMT) - Drivers in Pikesville, Maryland were disrupted this morning as a herd of buffalo meandered onto the road. If I was driving at seven in the morning and a bunch of buffalo wandered into the street, it would really mess with me. My first assumption would not be "oh, a herd of buffalo escaped from a nearby farm," it would be much more related to my own loose grip on reality. Here are the buffalo, |

www.maryannreames.com - site review, please (Apr 26 2005 23:55 GMT) - Hi Matt, If this is one of your first websites, then well done mate. My first impression of the site was good, I liked the clean, easy to navigate appearance. It's good to see a site pay attention to the things that are important, say your mum's paintings. You have made the images big enough for people to see straight away, it may not be all that important to make them larger. I'm not sure myself about popups, however; |

Unbelievable? Sadly no. (Apr 26 2005 23:54 GMT) - Our great glorious premier sold his, and his party's, soul to industry for $6.7M smackeroonies, the vast majority of funds raised by his party. Of course he paid them back, with all kinds of legislation designed to screw Joe Average and reward Mr. Business. Little did he suspect though that this might come back and bite him personally. |

Lib Dem Rally (Apr 26 2005 23:54 GMT) - JournalCambridge is a fairly marginal constituency and the Lib Dems are particularly keen to secure the student vote and as a result the City formed one of the stops on Charles Kennedy's campaign trail. The rally was supposed to begin at 7.15 in the Guildhall, although a friend who was helping organise recommended that we get there 'around seven' to ensure we could get in. Making the excuse that this was a rare opportunity and my revision could be fitted in anywhere I decided to head down. We arrived at seven as planned and headed to the guildhall, and began backtracking up the que which snaked in amongst the stalls on market square. |
