- Am I the only one watching George Bush's social security sales pitch the other night who noticed that the man dodges straight answers to questions like his life depended on it? As much as he wants to seem down to earth and homey, a 'straight shooter' (wanna be cowboy idiot), Bush is as slippery as a snake oil salesman, but 1/3 as smart. His awkward methods of trying to say something without actally answering a question are so obvious, I have to assume republicans are too stupid or high on crack cocaine to notice? The man is blatantly dishonest, and yet he has right wing christian idiots like Dr. James Dobson and his group behind him. |
