- I've learned to like the Invitrogen Magic-Mark standards, which develop when you add a secondary antibody (anti-IgG-HRP of various species). A problem can occur if a mail source changes the address it puts in its "from" line -- you friends list won't recognize it, and neither will anyone else's, so it is likely to be reported by mistake by a number of people at the same time. |
