need help goofy problem (May 13 2005 23:59 GMT) - Even if it doesn't turn out to be the Norton problem, it will be worth altering the names of the images and folder. Try and make a test version of the problem page removing the word banner from the folder name and the image names, and see if it displays properly. Some further info- http://www. adblock. |

Microsoft To Port Windows To PowerPC? (May 13 2005 23:59 GMT) - Jeff Kesselman has made an interesting point over in his blog. With the new XBox 360 powered by PowerPC chips, and with plans to give the XBox MediaPC functionality, will Microsoft have to port Windows to PowerPC? This column is short on details but the germ of an idea is there, and it's a fascinating one at that. If true, the biggest impact would have to be cheaper processors for Apple, and more-inspired CPU development. Your thoughts? |
