A Smaller Wall Street Journal on the Way (Oct 23 2005 19:57 GMT) - I hate this idea. The Wall Street Journal is going to change the width of the paper from 15 inches to 12 inches. Personally, I like the paper just the way it is. They are apparantly making the change so that they can contract out some of their printing needs and thereby [...] To continue, please visit AllThingsFinancial. |

Fitzgerald to Decide and Tell Lawyers Monday (Oct 23 2005 19:55 GMT) - Reuters is reporting that Fitzgerald will tell lawyers Monday if their clients are targets and he intends to seek perjury or obstruction charges against them. Top administration officials are expected to learn from Fitzgerald as early as Monday whether they will face charges as the prosecutor winds up his nearly two-year investigation, the lawyers said. Fitzgerald could convene the grand jury as early as Tuesday to lay out a final summary of the case and ask for approval of possible indictments, legal sources said. The grand jury hearing the CIA leak case normally meets on Wednesdays and is scheduled to expire on Friday unless Fitzgerald extends it. It sounds like Rove is in negotiations: |

Design madness.. (Oct 23 2005 19:54 GMT) - I’ve been changing the design pretty much the latest week, but finally decided to go for an easy redesign from the original K2 template. Ascender Beta 2 Released. (Oct 23 2005 19:53 GMT) - Today I release to you Ascender Beta 2. Many bugs have been fixed (I figured out the looping boss problem... it was staring in my face, and I can't believe I missed it), and the Timer value is now saved in the generated settings file. Just a note, this version of Ascender will DELETE your old High Score, so if you have one you're proud of, you should download LeaderBoard for Ascender and ping the server with your score before upgrading. Just a note, you don't need to reinstall LeaderBoard - it's compatable with both versions. |

Changing Moods (Oct 23 2005 19:53 GMT) - It's amazing how different I feel today. Monday through Friday I was down and depressed. Saturday I was just a wreck and couldn't stop crying. Today I'm okay I guess you could say. From the way I was last night I would have expected more days of being terribly depressed with a little less crying. |
