- Gary I think you both have valid points, and I think it's very obvious that both y'all care about the community that's here. Otherwise, I doubt you'd go through the trouble of engaging in a discussion in a thread so unwieldy as this one--it's a huge thread to wade through. (no pun intended) Lazarus, with respect to the points you bring up, we very much are trying harder to engage our users in what we're doing, and we are in fact very appreciative that everyone who's here is here. That's definitely why we decided to give everyone advance warning of the changes that are coming down the line (in my 1.5 years at Tribe, I don't think we've ever given such advance notice), instead of simply making the changes, and then explaining it to our users after the fact. |
