Non Roping Day Thoughts (Dec 21 2005 00:34 GMT) - The Wrangler NFR is over the USTRC Finals are over and what to do now? Well with Christmas just around the corner and the New Year almost here, its time to start thinking about renewing those association cards. If you have not done so you might just ask for one for Christmas. Hint to all those spouses out there, they make great stocking stuffer! If your days have been like ours here, icy & cold you are just itching to get out and swing the rope but you might take the time to give your equipment a once over and maybe add some oil to your leather products. |

The NSA Intercepts (Dec 21 2005 00:33 GMT) - In a nutshell, my thoughts on President Bush authorizing warrantless eavesdropping by the NSA on people suspected of being involved with Al Qaeda are that the President is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn’t. An interesting (disturbing) take on the war on terror (Dec 21 2005 00:33 GMT) - From Eric S. Raymond's blog - Armed and Dangerous. This one gave me a chill, only because of its peircing accuracy. >those that are are aware that the retribution if one was used would be near-genocidal. Indeed. |

Fender Tony Franklin Fretless Precision Bass (Dec 21 2005 00:32 GMT) - I was surfing around bassist Tony Franklin's website today and saw a sneak peek of what appears to be a new signature model coming out in 2006. I'll look for it at NAMM next month and report back if it's there. Nothing found on Fender's site yet and only a few sneak peak pics with no detailed specs on Tony's website. Read more. |
