- It would be nice to have but I am not going to leave Vonage and go elsewhere because in my experience, the less expensive companies out there have worst sound quality. I would rather have clear phone calls than ACR anyday. |

- I have had Vonage for five three months now. I am using Comcast cable and have a WRTP54G router. I was able to place calls at first, but after a few weeks, I could place calls but no one could hear me. My service has been down for two months. I contacted customer support several times. |

- I have a Uniden TRU8885 5.8 GHz phone system that I really like. I mainly got it because our old 2.4 GHz phone was interfering with my wireless network and picking up calls from the neighbor's phone. My single biggest gripe about it is in the way it handles Caller ID. |

- that's my thread the link goes to, the same thing happened to me two days ago, I finally got through to Vonage when a friend with a cell came on, I was on the phone for an hour with them (on daytime minutes) and they had me go through all the power cycles and resets and stuff, and nothing work. "Settings are failed" is what I get when I try to restore factory settings. They said that I would have to buy another router these things just happen. |
