Aetna sucks (Jan 18 2006 23:50 GMT) - Brian Lewandowski wonders how long it will take Aetna, which took over his wife's health insurance plan, to recognize him as her spouse: Today is January 18th... a full 18 days after the switchover was to have happened on January 1st. I am still not listed on the plan...yet every time "we" call ( and by "we," I mean myself and our local CVS pharmacy) we are told that I will be added in 72 hours. |
