I'd like to add my own concerns to Matt's, as well as make the case why targetting combined with a skunkworks strategy minimizes these risks and increases the probability of winning, for Democrats and bloggers alike. If you take DFA out of the equation (and rightly, since they are a separate community), progressive blogs have never been about boots on the ground.
