Sony ha puesto al acceso de todo el mundo los primeros juegos de PlayStation que se podrán emular en Playstation Portable, para descargarlos el usuario deberá tener una PlayStation 3 y conectar su PSP a ésta para conseguir los juegos. Todo y que ahora hay que hacerlo de esta manera, en un futuro se espera que los juegos puedan descargarse desde la misma portátil.
