Vermicelli Salad (Dec 06 2006 23:32 GMT) - Here's one my wife makes.. Not sure where she got the original recipe, but I think it was originally on a scroll. Vermicelli Salad 1- 8 oz. Package of Vermicelli broken into 1” pieces. Place in boiling water for 5-7 mins. |

disposing of batteries (Dec 06 2006 23:32 GMT) - Is it okay to throw away regular batteries in the trash can, going to the landfill? I never really thought about it until recently. We (read: kids) go through batteries at an alarming rate. When I tossed 2 a year I didn't wonder. |
