RE: insert specific document based on list (Dec 08 2006 04:59 GMT) - Add a section to the form to contain the set of instructions. Then use conditional formatting on the section to show/hide it based on a condition of the value of the selected item from the list being equal to the value that is required to show/hide the section. --- S.Y.M. |

Forms, check boxes linking to a list (Dec 08 2006 04:57 GMT) - Any help would be very much appreciated.... I would like to create a group of 3 check boxes say containing Editor, reviewer and Approver. These check boxes should be mutually exclusive. If the user selects the editor check box, a drop down list containing only Editors for the user to choose and if the user checks the Reviewer, then the list of reviewers names appear and so on. In advance, than you for your help. |

Hollywood's dumbest depictions of code (Dec 08 2006 04:53 GMT) - Cory Doctorow: Drivl's list of "What code DOESN'T do in real life (that it does in the movies)" should be turned into a stencil and spraypainted on alternating sidewalk squares leading up to the main gates of every movie studio in LA: 1. Code does not move In films and television code is always sailing across the screen at incredible speeds; it's presented as an indecipherable stream of letters and numbers that make perfect sense to the programmer but dumbfound everyone else. |

Delete Tabs (Dec 08 2006 04:53 GMT) - If I create 5 tabs based on some variables in one other tab, how would I delete the created tabs. i.e I have TAB 1, in this tab I have code (Thanks to this group) I will create TAB 2, 3, 4, 5. The numbers of tabs are unknown it depends on the list on tab 1. I need to delete tab 2, 3, 4, 5 but not 1. |
