Well Mouse looks absolutely weird (Dec 11 2006 03:55 GMT) - From the bowels of Korean imagination, Necom brings you the 'Well Mouse' that looks absolutely alien with the appendage that attachs it to some form of base to rest your wrist upon. Other than the bizarre design, the Well Mouse is pretty standard with an 800dpi resolution that ought to be sufficient for everyday office tasks. And to think we're moving more towards a wireless working environment where even the mouse and keyboard have shed their vestigal cords in favor of radio frequency or Bluetooth connectivity. The Well Mouse should be available anytime now for approximately $22 after conversion. |

Gamers will plug in their USB keys into any Windows-based computer (yet another game that segregates Mac users) that is connected to the Internet, where they will then be whisked away to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Online realm that enables them to hold card duels against other USB Duelpass users. PreyToZaphkiel: Love keeps her in the air when she oughta fall... (Dec 11 2006 03:48 GMT) - It has been a surprise, to change how I'm looking at things lately. But it has definitely changed. It started with a very painful conversation with Larry, about him moving away next summer, about what was going to become of us. And then there was the conversation with Master where I told him that it wasn't like I would really have a primary relationship anymore once Larry was gone, that we were emphasizing our friendship above all things, but not trying to expect more. And Master said, " |

Bling up your bike with SpokePOV (Dec 11 2006 03:42 GMT) - The human brain is a very funny thing, where it can be tricked into believing optical illusions with a little witchcraft - nah, we're kidding, all it takes are an understanding of the rules and knowing where and when to bend them. This is what the SpokePOV used, taking advantage of our "persistence of vision" feature to create images from 30 LEDs that are mounted on the spokes of your bike. You program a bitmap image using the included software, download it to the unit which is then fastened onto your bike. It requires to you ride at a minimum speed of 15mph in order to get an image. The entire SpokePOV kit costs a mere $37. |

Speak, thy room is listening (Dec 11 2006 03:30 GMT) - SGI Japan has lifted the curtain on the RoomRender intelligent room system that is smart enough to control various electronics, hardware, and appliances in a room from spoken commands as well as emotions of the room's occupants. Targeting company meeting rooms, smart homes, hotels, and hospitals, the RoomRender utilizes AmiVoice voice recognition technology to recognize and analyze verbal commands. You now just need to speak in order to close the blinds or turn on the TV. Simultaneously, the Feeling Wall will change lights according to the current mood in the room by analyzing the intonation and rhythm of voices. It costs anywhere between $40k to $50k to fit an average office meeting room with the RoomRender's basic components. |

It almost seemed like server-induced lag we had on RO whenever the server was full. Anyway, I'm running everything on low, no aa/af, no shadows at 1024x768x32. |

Reason for Ban? (Dec 11 2006 03:15 GMT) - Okie, I was playing on your server tonight at approximately 8:30 or so. During a map of Orel, I got booted and banned for no apparent reason, wasn't breaking any rules, bunnyhopping, TKing, playing lonewolf, or doing anything even remotely off color. I was having an easy time mowing down hordes of the opposing force with the silenced sniper rifle though... I would like to know WHO banned me, and for what reason. |
