Mount Diablo w/o Grass (Dec 14 2006 00:08 GMT) - Thanks for comments on my last set. Your every wish is my command! I included the grass in that long shot for dimension, but agree that it kind of spoiled the misty beauty of the spot. I hadn't posted this one because it was a wider angle shot and didn't emphasize the contour of the hills as well. Mt. |

What Do You Say When It Is Over? (Dec 14 2006 00:08 GMT) - I woke early this morning to the silent sounds of raindrops Caressing the window I pulled the curtain to greet the morning But a fog covered the window Without thinking I took my finger And wrote your name in the moisture 07_26_06_1945BW 08_09_06_2015bw c1 Now, it was time to prepare To face another day For some reason Just before leaving I returned to the bedroom To look once more at your name But it too ~ was gone |

Roman Vista from the Top of St.Peter's (Dec 14 2006 00:08 GMT) - Holy year and walked up the very winding staircase(s) to reach the top and overlook Rome.As you progressed walking up the stairs became more narrow and it was not a one way walk. You stepped aside to let others pass the descending way. When you finally reached the top and stepped into the light your eyes could not believe the vista of Rome and the houses of the Pope and of the Papal Gardens. |

Minox Armband Keeps You from Baking in the Sun (Dec 14 2006 00:05 GMT) - We all know spending too much time in the sun is a bad thing, so the last thing we want is a gadget to nag us about it. Yet that's pretty much what the Suntimer does. When it senses you've gotten your fair share of UV rays, it sounds an alarm to tell you to head indoors. Maybe if it had some extra features we'd consider strapping one on, but we'll stick with the sunblock for now. And besides, we prefer our skin like we prefer our chicken. |
