The first one was taken from the vantage point of the tidal basin near the Jefferson Memorial looking at the Washington Monument (click to enlarge). This picture was taken on the opposite side of the Monument while standing on the sidewalk along Constitution Avenue in front of the White House. These pictures confirm that my photography skills are lacking. The shutter exposure was too long, causing the blurriness. |
