- Hey guys I am new to the obd2 and vvti version of the 2jz but I am not new to turbocharging the obd1 version. I have an sc300 na-t which I am very pleased with but I need a 4 door car and the IS is my next favorite car since I will not buy anything but toyota. The only thing that discourages me about the IS is engine management/tuning because it seems like a hassle. On my sc all I have is an afc2, bigger injectors, v8maf and other basics putting down 500rwhp. It seems like the only way to do this is by using a standalone but I wanted to know if anyone has converted the IS to use obd 1 so that tuning can be easier and avoiding the dreaded check engine light. |

The Italian (May 21 2007 23:07 GMT) - Recommended Review:Based on a true story, "The Italian" opens with an Italian couple heading through a Russian town that looks to have been worn down by the Winter that currently holds it in its grip. The couple is being escorted by one of the owners of an orphanage and the car breaks down in the middle of what appears to be nowhere, with a snowy, almost otherworldly landscape on all sides of them. The owner, known only as Madam (Maria Kuznetsova), makes a phone call and, soon enough, a little group of orphans has seemingly materialized out of the Wintery landscape in order to push the car the remaining distance.The nice, middle-class Italian couple has come to the orphanage for an easy road to an adoption without any legal hassle. |
