Brit?s Brown Boots (8/28) (Aug 31 2007 04:18 GMT) - I notice Britney has been wearing this same pair of boots for years. Why do unsigned drivers *work* in 64 bit? (Aug 31 2007 04:16 GMT) - Hello, I tried ringing customer support about this issue, but as I was having the opposite of problems, and everything was working fine, the woman on the phone got confused and couldn't answer my questions. I have a Belkin F5D7000au v7000 WiFi card. It doesn't support Vista out of the box; You have to download updated drivers from the Internet. I'm using a 64bit edition, and the drivers available are not digitally signed, yet they work perfectly. |

Fasting in response to climate change (Aug 31 2007 04:15 GMT) - As the global climate changes, agriculture is sure to be affected. The Stern Review explains that "developing countries - in particular the poorest - are heavily dependent on agriculture, the most climate-sensitive of all economic sectors." Working Group II of the IPCC says that: "Smallholder and subsistence farmers, pastoralists and artisanal fisherfolk will suffer complex, localised impacts of climate change (high confidence)." Meanwhile, some important staple crops are especially threatened by rising temperatures (though genetic engineering may help). |

WMP 11 < WMP 10 (Aug 31 2007 04:14 GMT) - Windows media player 11 sucks compared to 10 MSFT removed several features, like having the background colour as black, the drop down menu, in both the mini player (which was very useful) and in the library. I wanted to view a simple list of songs without the album artwork; it seems impossible and everything is illogical and hard to find. * deletes 11, again |
