- I'm recreating a tiny database in Access 2007 that I've used in Access 2003 (class assignment). I'm perfectly happy letting Access create an autonumber ID field, but I'm accustomed to the numbering starting with 1 and increasing by 1 with each record. In Access 2007, the ID starts at 1 but increments by 1 with each new field! When I'm done entering the first records (through Field6), the autonumber ID has cycled through 1, 2, 3, etc. and it's 6 when I begin entering the second record. |

Phase A would start and carry on, then after a while Phase B would start as well and carry on for a bit. Phase B is dependent on Phase A but we are not waiting for phase A to finish completely before kicking off Phase B. After a while Phase B would stop again whilst waiting for certain components of phase A to be completed in order for the outputs of Phase A to be used as inputs for Phase B. |
