fun rounds on server 1, saturday Dec 1 (Dec 03 2007 02:59 GMT) - Exactly as the title says, it was nice to see the server filled with TG players from around 10pm-2am. Had some very fun and tense rounds, communication was a little lax but everyone was sticking together well, zoapy and reaper were doing a good job being the bane of my existence. Hopefully I can get some more play in on server 1 next weekend. |

Undercover restorers fix Paris landmark's clock (Dec 03 2007 02:57 GMT) - After telling this story about three times this weekend, I decided to just post it. "For a year from September 2005, under the nose of the Panthéon's unsuspecting security officials, a group of intrepid "illegal restorers" set up a secret workshop and lounge in a cavity under the building's famous dome. Under the supervision of group member Jean-Baptiste Viot, a professional clockmaker, they pieced apart and repaired the antique clock that had been left to rust in the building since the 1960s. Only when their clandestine revamp of the elaborate timepiece had been completed did they reveal themselves." How cool is that? |

BlackHawk CQC Serpa Holster, Carbon Fiber Finish, S&W M&P 45BlackHawk CQC Serpa Holster, Carbon Fiber Finish, S&W M&P 45 (Dec 03 2007 02:56 GMT) - This unique holster design allows you to forget old-fashioned thumb breaks that slow your draw and complicate re-holstering. The patented SERPA lock engages the trigger guard as you holster the pistol and will not let go until you release it. The release is made using your normal drawing motion, with the trigger finger beside the holster body. As your trigger finger naturally comes to rest on the SERPA locks release mechanism, simply push the mechanism as you draw the weapon and it releases the gun for a smooth, fast draw. No awkward use of a middle finger release or thumb break to interfere with a full combat grip, the SERPA lock lets you draw the weapon quickly while establishing a full grip from start to finish. |
