- I have been able to disable/grey out the main close button using some code from MS but I am having difficulties when trying to either lock out or hide the main maxi/minimize buttons too. I just cant seem to do it in VB (dont mind if they are hidden or disabled, as long as the user can't use them). Does anyone have any suggestions please? I also would like to be able to lock the actual window so that it cant be resized (although I dont want the screen set to max, just normal). Cheers for the help! |

- Hi All As Vista Ultimate comes packaged with both a 32-bit & 64-bit disk, does this mean that they are both independant licences. In other words, is it legal to install both the 32-bit & 64-bit versions on two seperate computers even though they are packaged in the same retail box? I wish to know if I may use the 32-bit version and give away to a friend the 64-bit version legally and both be independantly genuine. Regards Tony |

- Hello All, Hope I'm posting this in the right group. We have been trying to set up mandatory profiles and folder redirection via Group Policy for all of our users, but have had considerable problems getting it to work with the latest version of Office and Outlook. The biggest problem we are having is in redirecting the appropriate customization files for Outlook. Basically, we've attempted to re-direct all office settings for users to an Applicaton Data share on the network. However, when using mandatory profiles, users are finding that if they customize Outlook, those customizations are lost once they log off and back on. |

- In Paradise Lost when trying to save Prophet some aliens don't die properly (!) so it is impossible to progress. It looks like a clipping problem where they "catch" on something instead of disintegrating and falling to the ground. It seems to be fairly random, but so frequent that I can't complete this section. Apart from continuously repeating the section until complete by chance, (I am getting tired already) has anyone a strategy that seems to alleviate this problem any suggestions welcome, thanks Phypps |
