- My computer (XP-Pro SP2) keeps wanting to install an upgrade to Microsoft VM below but when it trys to install, I get a message saying the patch will only install over an existing installation of VM. The OS is trying to install a patch to something I don't even have installed. Do I need this to be installed? - I am running my pc on XP-Media Center Addition and I can't access my music files in either Media Center of Media Player. This one has got me completely stumped and would appreciate any suggestions. I have tried all the obvious remedies in Player, like adding folders to the library and trying to add music from a playlist but nothing works. I can listen to music from the My Music folder in My Documents by accessing thru the folder but can't add these folders/songs to either Media Center or Media Player - strange! |

- Whenever my daughter logs into her account on Vista, the Adobe Updater wants to run. It can't because that requires elevated privileges, which she doesn't have. So the UAC always pops up on her and demands to elevate so that it can run the Adobe Updater. I want to stop the Adobe Updater from running on her account, but I don't know how. How do I do that? |

- Is there anyreason a TST box or an Edge box won't work on a 99 24 valve in a Freightliner? I know there are some differences, but the map sensor has the same plug as the 2000 Dodge I am working on, and wires on the vp44 are identical. I've checked the truck out pretty good, and aside from some boost leaks, it is in pretty good shape, it's just a little weak for what we want to pull. After replacing the intercooler and fixing all boost leaks, it still only gets about 18 PSI and it is pretty slow to get there. It only makes that at about 2200. |
