- I'm having a rather curious problem. I have a few recently installed servers in my domain that pops up in the wsus console replacing one another.. Here's an example I start the wsus console and check my server group and I see server1. I run wuauclt /detectnow or reportnow on server2 I go back to my wsus console and check and then I see server1 replaced by server2 I could go to server3 and repeat the process and see it replace server2. To further mystify, all servers are correctly updated, no errors in the windowsupdate. |

- Debbie, You're a genius!! That's a solution I'll need to file away - I put in a CD-R with some backed-up data files and SP1 has been applied. (I wanted to reply to say I didn't have an "ANY" CD - harking back to the ancient help-desk joke about the user who couldn't find his "any key" to restart DOS - but that would have been cheap).
