- Hello, Is it possible to play a Co-op Campaign-mode game of Gears of War on Xbox Live if one person is on XP and the other person is on a 360? A friend and I both have active Gold Live memberships and are able to see each other in Live, voice chat with one another, and invite each other to Gears of War games, however, it just doesn't want to work. I am on XP and he is on the 360. I attempted to get tech support directly from Epic Games. Ha! |

- i was downloading a update for firefox when this all started. when updating firefox the computer lost batteries and i plugged it back in and firefox didnt work. everything else worked like AIM but then i tried internet explorer and that worked. until about two days ago it was working then all of a sudden stopped. now im in safemode/networking and i tried removing and reinstalling firefox but it still doesnt work in normal mode. |

- I have always used my own laptop at work, and my Outlook (2003) was set up to connect to the network at the office and to receive my work mail. I have recently quit my job and want to start using Outlook at home for my private mail, but I can't access it to change to my new email account. When I try to open outlook it gives me a message "Cannot connect to your outlook exchange server" and if I choose "work offline" it will subsequently tell me "unable to open your default email folders - the information store could not be opened". How can I change its configuration so it will stop looking for my office network and so I can start using it at home? Thanks! |

- Hi, We've installed Office 2007 SP1 on a few systems for testing and both freeze when trying to use the Open or Save functions. This did not happen before we applied SP1. They are Windows XP SP2 systems with all available Microsoft Updates. And all three were fresh installs, not upgrades from Office 2003. Any help would be appreciated. |
