The Dark ricalca, per certi versi, alcuni Horror gia' visti, dove la realta' si mischia al soprannaturale, in una vicenda dove lo spettatore non riesce sempre a comprendere se stia vedendo qualcosa di reale o qualcosa di immaginato dai protagonisti del film. E' la storia di una famiglia, dove Sara, una ragazzina, ha un rapporto molto conflittuale con la madre, che spesso si lascia andare a scoppi di violenza nei suoi confronti. Madre e figlia vanno nel Galles, dal padre di Sara, per passare li' qualche giorno, ma anche qui ci saranno problemi, e Sara finira' in acqua, annegata. |
