Y? ¿como salgo de esta? (Jan 04 2008 23:59 GMT) - Una tertulia que analiza con humor los últimos sucesos y la metidota de patota de 'Uribeman' y su banda de bandidos. Y ahora ¿qué tiene Uribe? Nada. No tiene a Emmanuel, no tiene a Clara, y no tiene a Consuelo. No tiene el agradecimiento de la mamá de Clara, que lo hubiera dicho ante todos. |

Comment on P168 - Another Apple iPhone Clone by Griffin (Jan 04 2008 23:59 GMT) - Pink Mohawk: These people know I don't bad mouth them and only ask technical, diagnostic questions. We all know how to get hold of the real Diane if we need anything too. If you put words in my mouth, I'm going to post your IP address I just pulled with my DOD software for everyone to do what they want with. There are a lot of tech savy people on these forums that can send you some nasty viruses or retreive all your personal info with only your IP. |

RIAA chief says ripping okay, Sony BMG lawyer "misspoke" during Jammie Thomas trial (Jan 04 2008 23:59 GMT) - Filed under: Portable AudioNow that the furor has died down over the Washington Post's questionable piece about the RIAA supposedly suing Jeffrey Howell for ripping CDs, it's time to hear what the RIAA actually has to say -- and it's surprisingly sensible. Speaking to NPR, RIAA president Cary Sherman flatly said "the story is just wrong." Sherman went on to say that the RIAA hasn't ever prosecuted anyone for ripping or copying for personal use, and that the only issue in the Jeffrey Howell case was -- as always -- sharing files on Kazaa. Perhaps most interestingly, Sherman directly addressed the "ripping is just a nice way of saying 'steals one copy'" comment made by Sony BMG's anti-piracy counsel in the Jammie Thomas case, saying that the attorney "misspoke," and that neither Sony BMG or the RIAA agreed with that position. |
