Democratic debate wrap up/winner/commentary (Feb 01 2008 03:29 GMT) - I can't say there was a winner because, like the debate before last, the candidates agreed to make it more of a PR event for Democrats. And, why not? Substance doesn't matter in the Democrat primary anyways. It's all about who turns a phrase better or who's more "inspirational."
