Top Tip: Best TV tuners? (Feb 29 2008 22:12 GMT) - He basically needs a card that will allow him to watch tv on his computer from a cable input. I don't think he needs dual tuners. Cox is his provider so I don't know about thier encryption if any. He wants to be able to record, like using a DVR, to his hard drive. It's that simple. |
