GG&G Receiver End Plate for AR-15 / M16 Fixed Buttstock, Left HandGG&G Receiver End Plate for AR-15 / M16 Fixed Buttstock, Left Hand (Apr 30 2008 19:57 GMT)

- Tactical slings attached to shoulder-mounted weapons at a single mounting point, without the use of the front sling swivel, are becoming more and more popular in both military and law enforcement special operations. These systems permit the operator to mount the weapon on either the primary or offside shoulder. The GG&G line of Receiver End Plate Sling Adapters for the AR15/M16 series has been expanded to now include the AR15/M16 fixed stock model. Many operators prefer the AR15/M16 with a fixed stock as it provides a somewhat more stable firing platform.

- Single point tactical slings attached to shoulder-mounted combat weapons including shotguns such as the highly regarded and widely used Remington 870, have become quite popular recently in both military and law enforcement special operations circles. These systems permit the operator to mount the weapon on either the primary or offside shoulder. In addition, slings attached to a single point mount work especially well when operators are deployed wearing body armor or are involved in breeching operations. The preferred mounting point for slings of this type is directly behind the receiver and in front of the buttstock.GG&

- GG&G developed and designed this front sling mount for several important reasons. First of all, current tactical applications for utilizing a sling on shoulder mounted combat weapons requires mounting said sling to the side of the combat shotgun. This aids in satisfying one of the critical factors in this equation, the ability to make a smooth, rapid and safe transition to the service sidearm. The GG&

A significant advantage of this set up is that expanding or collapsing the buttstock does not affect the sling length. If you wear body armor, a tactical vest or a jacket, you no longer need to re-adjust the sling length due to the extra apparel.GG&

GG&G UFIR for AR-15GG&G UFIR for AR-15 (Apr 30 2008 19:57 GMT)

- Vertical foregrips, which can trace their history back to the famous Model 1921 Thompson submachine gun, have recently leaped into prominence once again in military, law enforcement and civilian arenas. When attached to a compact, shoulder mounted tactical firearm they provide the operator with several important advantages from substantially diminishing muzzle climb during burst-fire sequences to simply offering a more comfortable shooting stance. GG and G has recently introduced an inexpensive Under Forearm Integrated Rail (UFIR) that permits instant installation and removal of a number of different vertical foregrips on the AR15/M16 weapon series, as well as flashlights and numerous other accessories. The GG&G UFIR can easily be installed onto the underside of an AR15/M16 foregrip, standard or M4, using simple hand tools and a small amount of 262 Loctite.

- The GS-1 FIRE System rail locks onto the M4 or CAR-15 flat top receiver by means of a locking side bar and two socket head screws. The GS-1 FIRE System rail was designed for mounting conventional-type scopes on the M16/AR15/M4. It provides significantly longer eye relief for a proper scope/operator interface and the capability of attaching additional optical devices, such as a night vision monocular. The back of the rail has been tapered to blend with the rear of the upper receiver and is not designed to mount a BUIS flip-up rear sight. It extends 3 inches over the handguards and clears the M4 forearm.

- The GG&G MAD (Multiple Aperture Device) BUIS (Back Up Iron Sight) was originally developed to fulfill a request from Naval Surface Warfare for a back up iron sight that provided both a large and small aperture on the same plane and could thus be zeroed to the same point of impact. It has now been improved to include a locking detent mechanism. Once deployed in the up position, the sight cannot be folded down without depressing the spring assisted detent release button located on the left side of the sight base.
