Sorting Email Addresses in Address Book (May 02 2008 16:56 GMT) - I use Outlook 2007. I want my contacts sorted by last name or -- if no last name -- business name. HOWEVER, I want my email addresses first name, last name so when I begin to type and email address to "John Smith" it comes out at "John Smith" and I don't have to remember to type "Smith, John" and I especially do not want it to appear in an email as "Smith, John." I have followed all sorts of instructions about changing the address book settings to first name, last name sorting and it does not have any impact on what I have. I change it and it still remaines "Last name, First name" . |
