Storing xml Files within Access (May 07 2008 18:51 GMT) - I have an Access database that stores software keys. The company I work for sells a software product with 3rd party software, all of which each has a software key (currently just a string of text). I now need the ability to store a software key in this database that is generated via an xml file. There is a separate front-end accessible by many users who will need to obtain this key in the xml format. Is it possible, or smart, to save these files within the Access database? |

Auto Duplicating Specific Fields In A Form (May 07 2008 18:51 GMT) - I have a form which requires specific data per record to be entered. However, the first 3 fields are fields that will be identical for several records. In the interest of data entry, I need to find a way that the first 3 fields will auto-duplicate to each recordset until changed, without changing the data previous to the change. Thanks for any input. |
