- Pues yo creo que lo correcto sería llamar a todo violencia conyugal. A fin de cuentas, el maltrato se da, generalmente, de hombre a una mujer, si, pero no a una mujer cualquiera, sino a la mujer con la que se está, o se ha estado, casado. De hecho la ley incide en eso, el aumento de pena es si existe relación afectiva entre maltratador y maltratada, no basta unicamente con que sea hombre-mujer.
