Por lo tanto son socios en generar la desgracia ajena y hoy están enfrentados a ver quien se queda con el pedazo mas grande de la torta. No hay un proyecto de país que permita regular los recursos naturales y prever políticas a corto, mediano y largo plazo, en un desarrollo sostenible y de respeto a la Madre Naturaleza. |
