Todos los que han pasado o estén pasando por esta inolvidable experiencia de coger exámenes finales de un curso de Física como el que estoy dando ahora estarán sobrecogidos del dolor que tal tipo de experiencia produce. Créanme que para el profesor es tanto o más doloroso que para los estudiantes (y si somos profesores es porque pasamos por esta dolorosa pero productiva experiencia montones de veces desde que entramos como subgraduados hasta que terminamos el doctorado). Para el profesor el dolor continua porque después de hacer los exámenes (y hacer un buen examen es a veces más difícil que tomarlo) hay que corregirlos que es peor. Aunque yo con la tecnología avanzada he aprendido a delegar en las computadoras mucho del esfuerzo repetitivo y aburrido de corregir exámenes y quizzes). |

Comme si l'utilisation du biocarburant allait se faire sans aucune règle ni éthique, sans foi ni loi. Comme si en inventant les voitures, par exemple, on aurait écrasé tout le monde sur notre passage, ou en inventant la cybernétique, du jour au lendemain, on se l'aurait "ombilicalisé". La vision "je sème 3 milliards d'acres de pommes pour faire du carburant" est en quelque sorte l'équivalent de "'McDo rase l'amazonie pour des hamburgers". Ce qui est vrai, c'est que les technologies pour la fabrication de biocarburants, à partir du jour où ils seront rentables pour plusieurs petites entreprises, vont être récupérées par des multinationales sans foi ni loi. |

- I have a fairly long presentation that's basically broken down into two parts, with two different audio tracks for each part. I'm pretty happy with the rehearsed timings of the first part, but very unhappy with the second part. How can I do the Rehearse Timings STARTING from the second part? Or do I have to do the ENTIRE thing from the start all over again? I could manually change the timing of each slide in the second part, but that would be incredibly labor intensive. |

OUTLOOK (May 15 2008 22:52 GMT) - When user opens his outlook, gets the following error message: "You will not be able to use voice mail or outbound fax features until the first time you logon to the Unified Messaging server" We have exchange 2003. One user is using Outlook 2000 and the other one Outllook 2002. Both getting the same error message. Outlook opens up fine when click ok but how do I get rid of this message popiing up everytime I open the outlook. |
