- Here are a couple of changes that we made after our trip down from Maine that helped on our trip to the Bahamas. We added an arm bracket to the screacher furler to prevent over-wrapping and jamming of the furling line and we replaced solid sunbrella panels on either side of the mast with clear window panels. - Sandy Cay is a very small island of perhaps 25 acres. It has a beautiful sandy beach around its western half, a fringe of palm trees at the edge of the sand, and trails winding through the interior.
