- I have upgraded the Office 2003 Suite to the Office 2007 Plus Suite. Everytime I try to reply or create a new message Outlook crashes and restarts. I have disapplied all of the plugins and I have Adobe Reader 8.1.2 installed. |

- I recently downloaded PPT viewer onto my desktop. Now, the problem is that when I open any PPTX files, it opens using Powerpoint Viewer vs. Powerpoint 2007. I know that I can go into Explorer and right-click on the PPTX file and select Open With . However, that adds steps to my tasks. |

- I created a short DVD movie that plays for about 4 minutes and consists of 36 JPG images and two music clips. Is there a way to include a folder in the DVD with the original JPG and MP3 files that I used to create the slideshow? The DVD plays exactly the way I want it to but I would like to be able to browse the DVD for the images and music that are in the movie. Ideally, it would be nice if I could have a menu button that would open the picture or music files and allow users to save the files to their personal collections. I wish to let any one with the DVD print or order prints of the pictures or save the music on their own PCs. |

- As a part of our project management methodology we have a standard sharepoint workspace that we use for project startups. I many cases we may have many project schedules that may go out several years. When you publish a project plan users are given the option to create a workspace (we don't want multiple workspaces for the same project). Is there a way to turn that off? |

- Well, after nearly another month of tearing my hair out (without Vista backups) I seem to have stumbled upon the solution (fingers crossed). I was having trouble using another piece of software caled vLite (which seems potentially very useful for creating a Vista system recovery disc with SP1 'slipstreamed' in); I was repeatedly getting a blue screen (and reboot) which mentioned a program called mfx.exe. I recognised this as Magic Folders - which encrypts, scrambles and hides highly confidential folders and files. |
