Sin embargo, aclaró que "no se ha hablado" con Estados Unidos sobre la construcción de una base, y por lo tanto tampoco de que vaya a ser instalada en la frontera con Venezuela. "No se ha hablado de una base militar, se ha hablado como siempre (...) de buscar fortalecer esa cooperación", y de todas formas no se hará "nada que pueda válidamente darle la razón a un vecino de que lo estamos desafiando", subrayó. |
