Oil crisis solution proposals (May 27 2008 23:58 GMT) - I know its a highly debated topic so lets here what everyone's proposed solutions is. personally, we have to dissolve OPEC and that will alleviate a lot of the headache. We also need to MAKE MORE REFINERIES!!!!! there is a lot of crude oil out there but we need to be able to refine it faster. But no one will build a refinery because it will cost lots of money to build and then they cannot charge the same high prices that they are so therefore their profit margin would diminish. |
