- The winds had shifted/diminished and the seas were better. Mike tried "tacking" in order to keep sailing in the right direction, but when it was all said and done, he had gone a -1.8 miles!! - These iguanas are native just to two islands in this area. They aren't found any other place in the whole world. Pretty awesome. As soon as you dinghy up to the beach, they all come expecting you to feed them. We complied and gave them some lettuce. |

- The marina where we are staying has a 500 acres planted in rubber trees, teak and other hardwoods plus pasture land for horses and cattle. We took a great horse back ride (see photo). It is a beautiful place. The owner has planted 50K rubber trees which he is harvesting. We have traveled to the neighboring town of Morales for dental work. |
