Yes. Opus. The intellectual and often misunderstood water fowl, the bow-tie wearing penguin of Bloom County, is going away. Berkeley Breathed has decided that he will end the Opus comic strip and turn his talent to Childrens books. I have followed Opus and his Human friends for a number of years now.

I received this via an email today. It really struck me. My wife and I immediately thought of our German Shepherd, Brewster. He died almost 2 years ago. He was almost 13 years old at the time of his death.
